We offer a 30-day return policy. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t provide a refund or exchange.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact condition you received it. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
Please ensure all items originally included with your purchase are returned. If the original packaging isn’t available, securely pack your suncatcher using protective packaging to keep it safe during transit. The return shipping address will be provided on your return label.
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please don’t send items directly back to the manufacturer.
Note: Items purchased during promotional sales are considered final and aren’t eligible for return or refund unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take some time to appear.
- Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.
